HAMPSHIRE hairdressers swapped their scissors for rolling pins as they got baking for charity.

Staff from Pure Hair Salon in Bedford Place, Southampton, offered up a delicious choice of homemade cakes to customers and BBC South’s Sally Taylor to raise money for Oakhaven Hospice.

The hospice, in Lymington, provides specialist palliative care and support to those facing life-limiting illness and their loved ones in both a home and hospice setting.
