Shirts signed by cricket stars to be auctioned for charity

SHIRTS signed by a host of Hampshire cricket stars will be auctioned for charity.

The Melsham Fundraising Group is auctioning the items to raise more than £20,000 for Cancer Research UK from today.

Two signed shirts – one of which was worn by Hampshire star James Vince and signed by club teammates including Neil McKenzie, Jimmy Adams, Simon Katich and Michael Carberry - will be auctioned.

There will also be four tickets to a Hampshire home match, a 2013 handbook signed by Liam Dawson, an England v New Zealand official programme and a 2013 guide with signatures.
