A SOUTHAMPTON man has won permission to convert a loft into a two-bedroom flat.

Muhammad Shamaun has been successful in his application for the site in The Carronades, New Road.

what else can you expect from a "local" paper. I though that the local paper in my home town was bad but the Echo has it beat hands down. I was a winner of "Hampshire hero" award and despite what the echo reporter told me nothing came of the awards. So why even bother if this is the sort of story that the do to fill the tat they call a newspaper. I remember now why I stopped getting this piece of rubbish delivered now.
