Daily Echo: Overturned caravan causing delays on major road Overturned caravan causing delays on major road

AN OVERTURNED caravan is causing chaos on a major road in Hampshire this afternoon.

The vehicle, which was being towed by a grey Land Rover Freelander, careered into the central reservation on the A31 eastbound.

It then overturned, meaning one lane of the road is blocked between Picket Post and Stoney Cross.

No-one was injured in the incident, while police are currently at the scene trying to clear the vehicle.

Tailbacks are now building up on the eastbound carriageway.

A freelander isnt a powerful car, kind of standard for towing really. And where in the article does it mention the speed at which the vehicle was being driven?
