THERE was a touch of royalty at Cowes Week today as the Duke of Edinburgh paid a visit to the famous regatta.

His Royal Highness has today visited a photography exhibition titled Royalty at Cowes at the family-run Beken Ltd.

A large crowd gathered outside the shop to catch a glimpse of him.

There were also cheers and applause when he left the exhibition to go to his next appointment.

He will now meet representatives from main sponsors Aberdeen Asset Management for lunch.

The peasants never get off their knees do they? they should be ashamed of themselves, no doubt some of them are up to their ears in debt and living in poverty and still they never learn, they think he gives a **** about them.
